This Privacy Policy explains how MorphPost, operated by Nexlite Agency (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and apps (the “Service”).

Account data: your name, email, optional phone number, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
Content: the text you submit and the output you generate, stored in your account history so you can access it.
Usage data: token usage, feature activity, and basic technical logs (e.g. timestamps, error events) needed to run and secure the Service.
Payment data: handled by third-party processors (e.g. Gumroad, app-store billing). We do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
To process your content through AI providers to generate your results;
To manage your account, plan, and token balance;
To send transactional messages (e.g. email verification, password reset) and, only if you opt in, product updates;
To detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Your input is sent to third-party AI model providers to generate output. We share only what is necessary to perform the request. We do not sell your content.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, AI, payments) under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted storage of sensitive values and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your account and content data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
